This is a lovely 70s bright blue sparkling party wear dress with a high cowl neckline, short mutton sleeves and an elasticated waist. This midi dress is made from a dazzling lurex in different shades of blue. This dress pulls on overhead, and fastens at the neck and cuffs with buttons covered with the same fabric. This dress has no inner lining. This is a perfect choice for any vintage lover who loves sparkling fabrics in their party wear, and we think it would look great belted at the waist and with some. vintage style shoes.
